Explanation to the information obligation (Data Protection Declaration)

The protection of your personal data is a special concern to us. We process your data exclusively on basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of the data processing within the scope of our website.

Contact with us

If you get in touch with us via our contact form on our website or by e-mail, your given data is stored for a period of six months for the purpose of treatment of the inquiry and for further requests. We don’t transmit this data without your approval.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile phone when you browse websites. They cause no damage.

We use cookies to form our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser at your next visit.

If you don‘t wish this, you can set up your browser in such a way that he informs you about the placing of cookies and you permit this only in particular cases.

With the deactivation of cookies the functionality of our website can be limited.

Web-Analyse

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Matomo (tool: www.matamo.org, supplier company: InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willi's Saint, in 6011 Wellington, New Zealand; www.innocraft.com). Matomo is running on the same webserver like our website, no data is transfer to third parties.

In this matter cookies are used to allow an analysis of the website use by your visitors. The information generated thereby is transmitted and stored on the server of infoWERK‘s web page provider (iTeg: www.iteg.at).

You can prevent this by setting up your browser in such a way that no cookies are stored.

Your IP address is collected and made anonymous. Therefore only a rough localisation is possible.

Our concern for the purposes of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is highly important to us, the user data is pseudonymoused.

Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address, your given name and surname and your agreement to receive the newsletter.

You can unsuscribe the newsletter any time on our website www.infowerk.systems under the menu item ‚ newsletters‘ or you send us your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@infowerk.systems. Afterwards we delete your data immediately in connection with the newsletter distribution.

Integration of Services/Third-party content

As part of our online presence, it may occur that, e.g., videos from Youtube, maps by Google-Maps or graphics from other websites have been embedded on our website. This always requires the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") to detect the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, they cannot send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus required for displaying the content. We endeavour to use only such content the respective providers of which use the IP address solely for distributing the content. However, we have no control over whether the third-part providers store the IP address for, e.g., statistical purposes. We will inform the user of this insofar as we are aware of this.

Facebook Social Plugin

This website uses several plugins provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (white letter “f” on blue background, like button, send button) or by the labelling of the plugin with the word “Facebook”, Like, Send or “FB”. For a full list of all plugins, please see developers.facebook.com/plugins. When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers, if your browser is configured to do so. The plugin is then displayed on the website as a result of a message being sent to your browser. Information is sent to the Facebook server via this plugin about which of our internet pages you have visited. If you are logged into Facebook, your visit can be linked to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins (for example by clicking “Like”, or entering a comment), this information is also allocated to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged into Facebook, there is possibility that of the plugin transmitting your IP address to Facebook.

We have no influence on the quantity of data collected by Facebook using this plugin. As far as we know, the embedded plugin provides Facebook with the information that you have accessed the relevant page of our website. If you click on the “Like” button or add a comment, the relevant information is sent from your browser directly to Facebook where it is saved. If you are not a member of Facebook, there is nevertheless a chance that Facebook could identify and save your IP address. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Facebook, as well as your rights in this respect and options for protecting your privacy, please visit Facebook's data protection page: www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you are not member of Facebook and want to prevent Facebook collecting data about you and linking this with your account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website each time. Closing the page is not sufficient. Another option is to block Facebook social plugin with add-ons for your browser using Facebook Blocker, for example Adblock Plus.

Your rights

You are basically entitled the rights on information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, cancellation and contradiction. If you think that the processing of your data offends against the data protection right or, otherwise, your data protection-juridical claims have been injured in a manner, you can complain at the regulatory authority.
