Course Description
The Volcanic Ash Avoidance Training is required by Part OPS as initial as well as recurrent training. The course has been designed to familiarize flight crews as well as flight dispatchers with the risks of flight operations with known or forecasted volcanic ash contamination. The course fulfills the requirements of AMC/GM to Annex III(PART-ORO) GM2 ORO.GEN.200(a)(3).
