Course Description
This Basic Instrument Rating (BIR) 03 - En-route flight under IFR course was developed according AMC1 FCL.615(b) IR - Theoretical knowledge and flight instruction and focuses on the practical needs of General Aviation Pilots. It comprises one of three training modules, En-route flight under IFR.
The BIR course is entirely competency-based, modular and therefore flexible to use. This allows that the difference in learning speed of a candidate can be taken into account during his BIR training
