Turkey’s Leading Low-Cost Carrier teams up with infoWERK for Dispatcher Training
infoWERK is pleased to announce its partnership with a new customer in Turkey, the second-largest airline and prominent low-cost carrier PEGASUS AIRLINES.
We are delighted that they have chosen us as their provider for online Flight Operations Officer (FOO) training.
Pegasus Airlines was founded in 1989 and has since become a major player in the aviation industry. With its headquarter at Aeropark in Istanbul and bases at several Turkish airports, the airline operates flights to 148 destinations across 53 countries in Europe, Asia, and North Africa. Its fleet consists of 112 aircraft, including Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A320 & A321neo models.
The online Dispatcher Training provided by infoWERK is offered via infoWERK's Learning Management System (LMS), a comprehensive platform designed to meet the diverse training needs of the aviation industry. The LMS is customized with the Pegasus logo and can be administered by Pegasus training managers. By integrating AI capabilities, infoWERK's LMS enhances the learning experience, offering aviation professionals efficient, personalized, and up-to-date training solutions.
Regarding FOO/FOA training, infoWERK offers customers two options:
- Annual Recurrent Training
We tailor the annual recurrent training program according to each customer's requirements (FOO Recurrent Training Year I, II, and III), as was the case with Pegasus Airlines. - Competency-Based Training
This flexible training solution allows customers to assign the required training modules to their staff by themselves.
Our competency-based dispatch training package includes:
- Over 70 standard course modules covering topics from Air Law to Communications, for both initial and recurrent training
- The option to customize and add additional content, questions, and exams
- The ability to create competency-based course modules
- A virtual classroom
- A virtual briefing
Additionally, we offer over 60 "Check Your Knowledge" courses specifically designed for dispatchers. These online quizzes cover a variety of topics to ensure dispatchers remain proficient and up to date.
