Part FCL - KSA 100 (Knowledge, Skills & Attitude) Training
KSA stands for “Knowledge (K), skills (S) and attitude (A)”. In aviation training the subject ‚Area 100 - KSA‘ is a new concept in theoretical knowledge training. By implementing these KSA 100 training topics the pilot training shall move away from factual knowledge training towards a more competency-based approach.
According to EASA the training providers are required to implement KSA 100 into its training syllabus until 2022. This applies for both helicopter and aeroplane training in the categories ATPL, MPL and CPL. infoWERK as an aviation training provider can offer an online course providing the underlying theoretical knowledge of the required topics.
