We are delighted to announce that SR Technics has been a valued customer of infoWERK for 20 years - a remarkable milestone in our partnership! Over two decades of collaboration, SR Technics has been successfully using our Learning Management System (LMS) on their own server environment hosted by infoWERK, supporting their internal training and development needs. 

 
Since the beginning of this long-term collaboration, SR Technics has built up an impressive user base with thousands of active users benefiting from the LMS every day. The platform primarily hosts SR Technics’ own online training content, ensuring that teams around the world stay up to date with essential skills and certifications. 
 

infoWERK has conducted a series of interviews with existing Dispatcher Training customers, gathering direct feedback on its Flight Operations Officer (FOO) training program. The feedback highlights strong satisfaction, particularly regarding the customized approach.

We’ve updated our Fire Fighting Course to include the latest developments on Halon and its replacement agents in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/590.

What’s new?

Halon has long been the go-to fire extinguishing agent in aviation — highly effective, but environmentally harmful. As ozone-depleting substances (ODS) and potent greenhouse gases, Halons are now being phased out:

• Portable fire extinguishers – by end of 2025
• Other applications (e.g. cargo compartments) – by 2040
