But how does it work?
Once a month we organize a fixed "Solutions Day". This is when different teams of our employees come together. At first they receive theoretical training on new products and technologies. As a second step regular workshops are held where different problems and practice questions are pointed out, reviewed and solved together.
Inbetween the Solutions Days, the employees complete online courses that are individually tailored to their needs and area of application. infoWERK can thus - due to the constantly high competence of its own employees - ensure above-average performance and customer satisfaction.
